Intloko ye-extrusion iyona nto ibaluleke kakhulu kwisixhobo esisetyenzisiweyo kwinkqubo ye-aluminium extrusion (Fig 1). Umgangatho wemveliso ecinezelweyo kunye nemveliso yonke ye-extruder ixhomekeke kuyo.

Umsebenzi wentloko ye-extrusion
Umsebenzi wentloko ye-extrusion ibonakala ilula kakhulu ekuqaleni. Le nxalenye ifana nokuqhubekeka kwentonga ye-extrusion kwaye yenzelwe ukutyhala i-alloy ye-aluminium eshushu kunye nethambileyo ngokuthe ngqo ngokufa. Ikeyiki ye-extrusion kufuneka yenze le misebenzi ilandelayo:
Ukuhambisa uxinzelelo kwi-alloy kumjikelezo ngamnye we-extrusion phantsi kweemeko eziphezulu zokushisa;
Ukwandisa ngokukhawuleza phantsi koxinzelelo kumda omiselweyo (Umfanekiso 4), ushiye kuphela umgca omncinci we-aluminium alloy kwi-container sleeve;
Kulula ukwahlula kwi-billet emva kokuba i-extrusion igqityiwe;
Ungabambi nayiphi na igesi, enokonakalisa umkhono wesikhongozeli okanye ibhloko ye-dummy ngokwayo;
Ukunceda ukuxazulula iingxaki ezincinci kunye nokulungelelaniswa kweendaba;
Iyakwazi ukunyuswa ngokukhawuleza / ukuhliswa kwintonga yokushicilela.
Oku kufuneka kuqinisekiswe nge-extruder centering elungileyo. Ukuphambuka ekuhambeni kwentloko ye-extrusion kwi-extruder axis ngokuqhelekileyo kubonwa lula ngokugqoka okungalinganiyo, okubonakalayo kwiindandatho zekhekhe le-extrusion. Ke ngoko, umshicileli kufuneka ulungelelaniswe ngononophelo kwaye rhoqo.

Intsimbi yentloko ye-extrusion
Intloko ye-extrusion yinxalenye yesixhobo se-extrusion esiphantsi koxinzelelo oluphezulu. Intloko ye-extrusion yenziwe ngentsimbi yokufa kwesixhobo (umz. intsimbi ye-H13). Ngaphambi kokuba uqale ukushicilela, intloko ye-extrusion ifudunyezwa kwiqondo lokushisa elingama-300 ºС. Oku kwandisa ukuxhathisa kwentsimbi kuxinzelelo lwe-thermal kunye nokuthintela ukuqhekeka ngenxa yokutshatyalaliswa kwe-thermal.

Ubushushu bebillet, isitya kunye nokufa
I-billet eshushu (ngaphezulu kwe-500ºC) iya kunciphisa uxinzelelo lwentloko ye-extrusion ngexesha lenkqubo yokukhupha. Oku kunokukhokelela ekwandiseni okunganeleyo kwentloko ye-extrusion, okubangela ukuba i-billet metal ifakwe kwi-gap phakathi kwentloko ye-extrusion kunye nesitya. Oku kunokunciphisa ubomi benkonzo yebhloko ye-dummy kwaye ide ikhokelele kwi-deformation yeplastiki ebalulekileyo yentsimbi yayo ngentloko ye-extrusion. Iimeko ezifanayo zingenzeka kunye nezikhongozeli ezineendawo ezahlukeneyo zokufudumeza.

Khangela ukunyakaza okukhululekile kwentonga kunye nendandatho, kunye nokuthembeka kokulungiswa kwazo zonke izikrufu.
Ikhekhe le-extrusion kufuneka lisuswe kumshicileli rhoqo ngeveki kwaye licocwe kwi-die etching groove.
Ngethuba lokusebenza kwentloko ye-extrusion, ukwanda okugqithiseleyo kunokwenzeka. Kuyimfuneko ukulawula oku kwandiswa ukuba kungabi kukhulu kakhulu. Ukunyuka okugqithisileyo kububanzi bewasha yoxinzelelo kuya kunciphisa kakhulu ubomi bayo benkonzo.
